Privacy Policy

1. 100% Client-Side Processing

DevTools runs entirely in your web browser. When you format JSON, inspect JWTs, test regular expressions, format SQL, or generate hashes, the processing takes place directly in your local device memory using JavaScript and native browser APIs (such as the Web Cryptography API).

We do not upload, transmit, store, or log any code, queries, tokens, passwords, or files you input into the tools. Once you close or reload the page, all in-memory data is discarded.

2. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymous traffic metrics (such as page views, referring sites, and general browser type). This helps us understand which utilities are most frequently used and maintain site reliability.

Google Analytics only measures general page visits. It has no access to and never collects the contents of what you paste, format, or calculate within the tools.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage on your device only to remember your interface preferences:

  • devtools_theme: Remembers whether you selected light or dark mode.
  • devtools_favorites: Saves your pinned favorite tools.

Google Analytics may set standard first-party cookies (_ga) to distinguish visitor sessions. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
